Manufactured from durable Oak hardwood (approx. 700 kg/m³ density), this wedge measures 120 × 24 mm and is precision-machined to taper from 16 mm down to 0. Ideal for levelling, packing and alignment in joinery, carpentry and site installation work.
Oak is a dense, stable hardwood commonly specified in fire door construction, making these wedges a trusted accessory for accurate frame positioning and adjustment during FD30/FD60 installations. Note: the wedges themselves are not fire-rated components.
