FD30 Rebated Door Frame – 44mm

Our FD30 rebated door frame – 44mm is designed for use with 30 minute fire rated doors, providing a strong and durable fire door frame suitable for residential and commercial buildings. Manufactured from quality joinery timber and precision machined for accuracy, these FD30 fire door frames offer excellent stability and a clean professional finish when installed on site.

Featuring a 44mm rebate, this frame is designed to accommodate FD30 fire doors while maintaining correct door clearances and ensuring the door sits securely within the frame. Rebated door frames provide an integrated frame profile and are commonly used where a traditional planted stop lining is not required.

Manufactured to suit standard UK door sizes, our FD30 door frames are available in a range of lining depths to suit different wall thicknesses, allowing for a neat installation within stud or masonry walls.

Available in premium joinery timbers including Redwood, Sapele and Oak, these FD30 rebated fire door frames provide excellent durability and are suitable for both painted and clear finished joinery.

FD30 door frames should be installed as part of a complete fire rated door assembly, including compatible FD30 fire doors, intumescent seals and certified ironmongery, in accordance with the relevant fire test evidence and installation guidance.
