Should we inadvertently cut your order beyond our stipulated +/- 1mm margin of error, please provide us with a photograph and we will be able to send a replacement panel free of charge the following day. We will even collect our mistake to ensure its responsible recycling.

This means the dimensions of the cut material could slightly vary, by up to +/- 1mm, from your specified measurements. In instances where our cutting exceeds this tolerance, rest assured, a replacement will be provided.
It is our policy to ensure accuracy; however, our replacement guarantee does not extend to errors stemming from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We recommend that you carefully verify the dimensions you require, ideally measuring twice for accuracy. It is crucial to use a reliable measuring instrument, such as a steel tape measure, ensuring it is employed correctly and measures in millimetres. Regrettably, we are unable to offer replacements for errors arising from inaccurate measurements supplied by you.
In the event that the ordered item is no longer available or has been discontinued, a direct replacement may not be possible. Nevertheless, we will endeavor to supply an alternative material that closely matches your original selection.
Please note, our re-cut guarantee does not cover items that become unfit for use due to damage incurred post-delivery. We urge you to inspect your delivery upon receipt and report any transit-related damage immediately.
