SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We offer various delivery options on all orders in England, the Lowlands of Scotland, and Wales.

• Free Delivery: Orders of £350.00 and over (Dispatched in 3-5 working days)

• Standard Delivery (£29.99): (Dispatched in 3-5 working days)

• Express 48h: Prioritised order processing, dispatched within 1 working day on an estimated 48-hour service.

Please note, our daily cut-off point is 12:00 PM (midday) for orders leaving us the following working day.

Extended Areas A £80.00 (+ VAT) delivery charge will apply to locations such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, and the Scottish Highlands. Please allow an additional 2-5 working days for delivery to these areas.

Order Tracking & Communications

• Once you place an order, you will receive an automated email from Timber Mouldings Direct containing the details of your request. Please note, this is an order acknowledgment, not a formal contract acceptance.

• You will receive a second email from us on the day of dispatch, confirming your goods are on their way and that your order has been formally accepted.

All dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates. While we strive to meet these targets, delays can occasionally occur due to material availability or third-party courier issues. For full details, please refer to Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
